Refund policy

We want you to love your Rodaca™ aesthetic desk setup! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at r.cain.pro@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
