Shipping policy

At Rodaca™, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your new aesthetic desk setup!

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping for all our products. 
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rodaca is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
